The purpose of the phone consultations is to provide YOU an opportunity to discuss your 501(c)(3) nonprofit start-up vision or reinstatement goals or to ask general questions.

Kenyatta respects your time by being prepared for your phone consultation and ready to listen. She expects the same respect from you and asks that you adhere to the following guidelines: 1) reserve a time that allows you to talk in a quiet place; 2) focus on the phone consultation (no multi-tasking); and 3) do NOT talk while driving for safety reasons.

We’ll look over everything to make sure its 501(c)3 ready, reach out to you if we have additional input or questions, and then get to work once we agree on the details.

For start-ups, churches, small, or large nonprofits; We will preparer the paperwork for your organization to obtain 501 (c) (3) status so you can get back to what really matters.

File It The Right Way

How Long Does The Process Takes

It's takes us (48 hours) during business days (Monday- thru Friday) to complete your paperwork if you have provided everything we have requested. It takes the state up 10 business days by mail, instantly or up to three business days electronically to process files, and the IRS 6 weeks up to 6 months.
